What we collect

• —When you order: your name, phone, email, and the products, colours and quantities you chose
• —When you book a visit: your name, phone, email, the date and time, and any notes you write
• —When you register an account: your name, phone, email and password (passwords are stored hashed — we cannot see your actual password)
• —When you send an enquiry: whatever you write in the form

What we do not collect

This website does not collect your delivery address and never handles card or bank account details — it has no online payment function, and payment and delivery are arranged with you separately.

How we use it

• —To process and confirm your order and arrange production and delivery
• —To confirm and remind you about a showroom appointment
• —To reply to your enquiry
• —To maintain your account and order history

Storage and security

Your data is held in the hosted database service we use (Supabase); the website runs on Vercel and all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. The admin pages require a login.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We disclose it to others only where it is necessary to complete your order — arranging delivery, for example — or where the law requires it.

What is stored in your browser

So the site works properly we keep a small amount of data in your browser: your language choice, your cart, and the summary of anything you built in the configurator. It stays on your device and does not reach us unless you submit an order or an enquiry. Clearing your browser data removes it.

How long we keep it

We keep orders and related records after a sale so we can handle warranty, after-sales and statutory accounting requirements. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to see and correct the personal data we hold about you, ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose, or ask us to delete your account. Contact us and we will deal with your request within a reasonable time.
