These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with SENKU DESIGN SDN. BHD., trading as MODUHAUS. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

Orders and confirmation
An order submitted through this website is a request to buy, not yet a concluded contract. We will confirm the specification, price and lead time with you by email or phone.
When an order is placed we reserve the parts it needs; the order is confirmed once payment has been received, at which point it moves into production or picking. If stock or a listed price turns out to be wrong we may cancel the order and refund anything you have paid.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Figures shown by the configurator or in a quotation are estimates; the price we confirm to you in writing is the one that applies.
This website does not process online payments. We will tell you how to pay — bank transfer or in person at the showroom — when we confirm your order.
Delivery and assembly
Lead times are confirmed with your order. Please check the goods when they arrive; if anything is damaged in transit, tell us as soon as possible under the Refund Policy.
The products are modular and come with an assembly guide. Damage caused by assembling them other than as the guide describes is not covered.
Product variation
Colours on a screen vary from device to device and that difference is not a defect. We recommend seeing the colours and materials in person at the showroom.
Intellectual property
The design, photographs, product renderings and text on this website belong to SENKU DESIGN SDN. BHD. and may not be used commercially without our written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. We may update them from time to time, and the updated version applies from the date it appears on this page; the version that governs your order is the one in force on the day you placed it.
